Shipping and Delivery

Every piece by Auma Obama Fine Jewelry is one of a kind, built around a single gemstone. No two are alike. Here is what that means for your order.

Delivery times

Among our earrings, necklaces and pendants you will find two kinds of pieces. Some are ready to ship and leave us within two to three business days. Others are made for you only after you order, once the stone and the design are set. These are crafted for you in a European manufactory, where you can expect around six weeks. Which one applies is stated on each product page.

Rings are always made for you. Each ring is built around its stone and crafted to the ring size you order, not adjusted to a finished band. Because every ring is made to your specification, its delivery time is shown on the product page, as a rule around 14 days.

The time a made to order piece requires is part of the work. A piece made for you needs it.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, fully insured to the complete value of your jewelry, through UPS and FedEx. Delivery is made against signature. Within Germany, the EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are charged directly by the customs authority of the destination country and are payable by you.

Returns

Rings and any piece made for you after you order are crafted to your specification and are excluded from the right of return. Ready to ship pieces can be returned within the statutory period, with the cost of return borne by you. Whether a piece can be returned is shown on its product page.
